Sherry McCuller is a seasoned executive with “C” level experience in the investment banking, software development, and communications industries. She served as an Analyst, VP of Operations, and Chief Information Officer for Bowles, Hollowell Conner & Co, a Charlotte NC based regional investment bank providing advisory services for acquisitions, divestitures and structured financings. After a 20-year career with the investment bank, Sherry formed a software development practice specializing in database design and development of distributed transaction management systems. For the past twenty years, she has engaged in planning, capital formation, design, deployment and management of advanced broadband communications systems for public, nonprofit, cooperative and public/private ventures. Sherry has raised over $400 million for new fiber optic broadband and smart grid network infrastructure in rural and remote areas. Her work has resulted in many innovative "first of its kind" ventures recognized as outstanding models of innovation and collaboration and best practices for sustainable deployment. She is a past Director of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Administrators (“NATOA”) and its southeastern U.S. chapter (“SEATOA”). Sherry received a BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
